What To Do If You Do Not See the LearnTCPIP.com Slides With The Presentations

When watching the LearnTCPIP.com presentations you should see slides (highlighted in red) with the audio presentations. (Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player are required.)

If you do NOT see slides (like below) you need to install the an Active X control. This is program from Microsoft called the “PowerPoint 2003/2002 Add-in: Office Animation Runtime.”

If you have the PowerPoint 2003/2002 Add-in: Office Annimation Runtime is installed see the following article for troubleshooting info:

Otherwise you can install this from the here or from the presetnation by “right clicking” on the yellow installation banner in Internet Explorer and choosing “Run Actiove Control.”

It will take you through the installation and then you should be able to see the slides.
